Our returns/exchange policy comprises of the conditions below:
If your item has arrived and has been damaged during transit/happens to have visual faults, you are eligible for a refund/exchange/online gift voucher. Please ensure you've contacted us within 30 days of receiving your order.
If you have accidentally ordered the wrong size in jewellery, you are still eligible to apply for a refund/exchange.
How our refunds/exchanges work:
When you send your item back to us for a refund or exchange processing, we will assess the condition of the jewellery in relation to your concern and process the exchange/refund accordingly.
